Overview

You may want to know if you can use the Field Force Manager mobile app on a specific device.

Field Force Manager mobile app can be installed on the majority of modern mobile devices, including iOS, Android smartphones and tablets, and basic or feature phones. 

This article provides additional information regarding the minimum requirements to install the Field Force Manager application.

Information

Android

To install the Android version of the Field Force Manager application it is required to have a phone with at least the SDK Version which corresponds to Android 6.0, code name Marshmallow dated from November 2015.

 

iOS

To install the iOS version of the Field Force Manager application it is required to have a phone capable of running iOS 9.0 version or above. At the moment all Apple devices after the iPhone 4S are capable of this and should be able to run the Field Force Manager application without any issues.

 

Retired devices

The following devices are no longer sold or supported by Verizon but the app will still work on them and our Field Force Manager support team will continue to support them.
