Overview

You may encounter an issue that a user cannot start a shift because Field Force Manager keeps loading or spinning but never stops and want to know how to fix it. 

Solution

1. Uninstall the FFM app from the phone.
2. Install it from Google Play or by downloading an APK file as described below:
